We completely stand behind our product and will guarantee our jewelry against manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of your purchase*. Watch warranties are subject to the individual manufacturer. We also understand that there are times when a piece just isn’t right for you. Therefore, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the item's delivery date. Please note that we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for items that have been special ordered, personalized, worn, or altered and must be accompanied by the sales receipt and any applicable warranty cards, manuals, or accessories. *Manufacturing warranty does not apply for pre-owned or estate watches. However, all estate watches come with our 1 year time-keeping warranty and all estate pieces can be returned within 14 days.

Reply to the confirmation email, notifying us that you wish to return or exchange your order and include the tracking number of your return package if possible. We do our best to process approved orders* within 1-2 business days after confirmation. For insurance purposes, all shipped items require a signature upon delivery.
