Return, Refund and Exchange Policies
Articles are accepted for return, store credit or exchange only if returned in as-new, saleable condition within fourteen (14) days of receipt, accompanied by a sales receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
No returns, store credits or exchanges on special ordered, personalized, worn or altered merchandise.
Gift items not accompanied by a receipt may be returned within the 14-day period for exchange or store credit only.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in compliance with our return policy as stated above.
Online purchases:
All online purchases must be accompanied with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and is subject to the same return policy as stated above. You must request a return authorization number from our Customer Concierge in the "Contact Us" section by including your information along with your original order number and request a return authorization number in the message field. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded on any online purchases.

Diamond Cellar Warranty
The Diamond Cellar guarantees all of our merchandise against manufacturing defects for one full year from date of purchase.
Watch warranties are on an individual manufacturer basis.
